International Ag Development Seminar: Khalsa on Engaging Farmers

Sat Darshan Khalsa will discuss "Farmer Engagement: Learning and Adoption." Sat Darshan is an associate professional researcher with the UC Davis Department of Plant Sciences and principle cocoa agronomist with Mars Incorporated. Learn more about him here.

This is one in our series of seminars on international agricultural development, held at noon (almost) on Mondays during the school year. The Department of Plant Sciences offers an undergraduate major and a master's degree in the subject. Students learn about sustainable food systems on a global scale, the ecological factors impacting development, and the larger social context of agricultural issues.

All are welcome to come to the seminar! Please bring your lunch and a friend.
